Laura Leipold - Nominee for Exceptional Leader Award - 2022 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Laura Leipold is the Lead Program Manager for Talent and Development at GXO Logistics. In her role at GXO, Laura is responsible for leading the University Relations strategy and team, while managing and expanding the Graduate Academy, a two-year leadership development program for recent college graduates in the Americas and Asia Pacific regions. Prior to her role at GXO, Laura spent twelve years in secondary education. Laura is passionate about coaching early career talent and finding innovative ways to attract highly qualified and diverse candidates.

Career Highlight

When GXO spun off into its own company during the fall recruiting season, Laura ensured her team was ready to handle the challenges and opportunities that were generated by the change. Openly communicating and holding calls to guarantee her team was supported and had the tools necessary to build brand awareness and continue to recruit top early talent was Laura’s highest priority. Laura is proud of the continuity her team was able to provide to the candidate experience during this time and still to this day.
