Laura Brown - Nominee for Talent Innovator Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Laura is currently an Associate Manager on the Early Career Programs team at SC Johnson. In her current role, she supports recruitment and program management for the internship programs for Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resources. Within her work, Laura builds and fosters relationships with stakeholders, functional recruiting teams, and university partners to ensure she provides students with a positive experience while meeting the business’s needs. Laura has 17 years of recruiting experience and is passionate about Early Careers because she enjoys building relationships with students and helping them kickstart their professional journey.

"This Spring recruiting season, we were excited to increase our engagement activities with HBCUs, multicultural centers, and diverse student organizations to bring awareness to our Leadership Summit by hosting unique events that also met the interests of the students. In addition, we leveraged members of our Employee Resource Groups to help with our recruiting activities to bring new perspectives to the students. These activities, in addition to our Fall recruiting season and partnership with RippleMatch, brought in responses from over 1,000 students who expressed interest in the Leadership Summit."
