Lanell Nolf is the University Internship Program Manager at Precision Castparts Corp. In her role at Precision Castparts, Lanell is responsible for creating a pipeline of future talent by making personal connections and attracting young students to PCC through the co-op and internship program with the goal of developing a program that assures these students want to come back and work for PCC after they graduate. She is the Scholarship Program Chair. Prior to PCC, Lanell worked for NIKE, Columbia Sportswear and the United Way. She was a Peace Corp Volunteer and International Exchange Student. She graduated from Oregon State University where she currently serves on the College of Business Career Advisory Board. Lanell is passionate about building a hiring process that is inclusive.
