Krystee Chase - Nominee for Talent Innovator Award

Krystee Chase works at Lenovo, the #1 PC company in the world, as a University Operations Specialist. Some of her duties include onboarding, recruiting (students and recent graduates), and project management. Krystee is a strong proponent for early career hiring. She has been recognized for her efforts in University hiring and programming. She has also won a "Global Candidate Experience Hero Award" and most recently a "Diversity and Inclusion Impact Award" for the North America Talent Acquisition team. She currently serves on two Diversity and Inclusion committees where she pursues her passion for Equality.

Career Highlight

The heightened social unrest was a pivotal moment in 2020. As a result of the turmoil, Lenovo quickly responded to the outcry by donating a significant amount of funds to support HBCUs. Through this generous donation, Krystee was able to pursue her passion for Diversity & Inclusion by managing the recruitment projects and tripling Lenovo's HBCU Intern Program. Because of her efforts, she received the “D&I Impact Award” for the NA Talent Acquisition team in February 2021. The support of her Lenovo family made it all possible.
