Krystal is a University and Diversity Programs Lead at Campbell Soup Company. In their role at Campbell Soup Company, Krystal partners with business functions across the organization to recruit, grow, and retain early career talent. Prior to their role at Campbell, Krystal worked in various HR Generalist roles across several industries including Food Service, Sports and Entertainment, Non-Profit, Healthcare, and Automotive. Krystal's diverse experience as an HR Generalist helped her realize her passion for Campus Recruiting and Diversity and Inclusion. Krystal is passionate about connecting and supporting students as they make the transition into the world of business.

"I love campus recruiting because I get to help students find awesome opportunities! Navigating the workforce during the pandemic was not easy, and college students’ ability to connect with peers and organizations was at a disadvantage. I was proud to revamp our internship program experience to create programming to connect students with their work passions, make new friends, and get closer to where they would like to be post-graduation, which is what led to the launch of our Campbell Leadership Meet and Greet series! Our Interns were able to hear our leaders share their career journeys from college until now and offer valuable advice on navigating life’s moments. We received awesome feedback on how impactful these discussions were for our interns!"
