Kristin leads Tenneco’s Early Career Programs and Recruiting in the US. She has spent over 10 years working within the Early Careers recruiting space across many industries, including Financial Services, Consulting, Accounting, and most recently Automotive. Kristin is responsible for overseeing intern and co-op recruiting, designing and implementing summer programming, and recruiting and program design for Tenneco’s US Rotational Program.
