Kristie is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Gainwell Technologies. In their role at Gainwell, Kristie is responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition team for the nation’s leading provider of healthcare technology solutions. Prior to their role at Gainwell, Kristie led TA for the Healthcare business unit at DXC Technology. Kristie is most passionate about building a diverse and high performing team and caring deeply about the people they work with. They ensure the team has what they need to be their best: always have their back, remove roadblocks, and make sure they feel seen, safe, appreciated, and valued.
Career Highlight
"In the past year, I was incredibly proud of my team. We were responsible for bringing over 3,000 new professionals to work at Gainwell with an average time-to-fill of 31 days. This includes establishing a new center of excellence in India where we added over 500 new joiners. Considering the challenging job market in the US and India, especially in the technology space, this is an incredible feat and a testament to their dedication and skill. I am incredibly grateful to each and every one of them for all they’ve done."
