Kristen is proud to be a member of Protiviti's U.S. Recruiting team. Based in Protiviti's Chicago, IL office, she has been with Protiviti since 2013 and is passionate about bringing the best talent to Protiviti. Her role includes developing and delivering Protiviti's Graduate recruiting strategy, facilitating a successful onboarding process for graduate hires, delivering recruiting reporting & analytics, and contributing to making Protiviti a great place to work for all. She is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Psychology from The University of Iowa.

"An important part of the recruiting landscape is being an advisor to your internal clients, which starts with having access to impactful data in order to make informed decisions confidently. I pioneered the automation of our reporting and analytics by partnering with our Business Intelligence team to create a recruiting dashboard in PowerBI, which displays metrics that are critical to both recruiters as well as our Practice leaders. By automating this reporting, it has decreased manual effort and errors, and has made up-to-date data available to invested parties on a more consistent basis."
