KPMG’s goal is to be the Clear Choice and the best place to grow a career. That may start with its Leadership Edge series of national and local programs to help students explore career opportunities and give them a head start on the KPMG campus recruiting process. Beyond that, KPMG offers internship programs that provide students a terrific way to learn business skills, find a mentor, build a professional network, and get real-world experience before graduation. The internship often leads to a full-time job. Coupled with award-winning global and innovative programs, KPMG is ready to help students realize their full potential.

Overarching Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion

DEI is embedded in every phase of KPMG’s University Talent Acquisition strategy. KPMG has established partnerships with and recruits actively from over 10 HBCUs, 5 HSIs, various diversity organizations including NABA, ALPFA, Ascend, and Disability:IN, and several platforms and vendors including FairyGodBoss, Hiring our Heroes, and Out4Undergrad. KPMG hosts several multi-day, in-person pre-id programs specifically for underrepresented students to help prepare them for a career in professional services. Over 500 students are part of these diversity focused programs each year. KPMG also supports early talent (intern and entry-level full-time) development by providing mentors from its BRGs and in-person training throughout their internship and each year they are with the firm. KPMG also has leadership development programs geared specifically toward underrepresented employees to ensure they are leading and succeeding at the firm.

Impactful Internship Program

A KPMG internship is a terrific way to develop business skills, identify a mentor, build your network, and gain real-world experience before graduation. Through a paid, multi-week winter and summer internship programs, interns have the chance to engage with clients and discover how an internship can help lead the path to a full-time job offer. The internship includes a consistent national training experience for all interns with a week of National Intern Training at KPMG Lakehouse, KPMG’s innovative training facility in Orlando, Florida. Each intern is paired with a mentor committed to helping them grow as a professional, and together they will chart a course of career development that will impact and enhance their trajectory. KPMG offers unique internship experiences as well, including its Global Internship Program or Intern Innovation Experience, which provides interns with an opportunity to drive new growth opportunities by embracing innovation at every level.
