Kinesso’s early careers team has an active partnership with COOP. Through mock interviews, career fairs, and more, the team forms relationships with students before they are looking for new opportunities. Kinesso’s early careers team also builds partnerships with HBCUs, HSIs, and AfroTech to bring more opportunity to underrepresented groups and be a trusted, accessible, and inclusive leader in the industry. Kinesso works closely with strategic DE&I, university, and other partner organizations including HBCUs, HIs, AfroTech, and many others to build pipelines, support innovative initiatives, and source early career talent. Kinesso has a strong DE&I team that advocates for underrepresented backgrounds.

Impactful Internship Program

Kinesso offers various programs, including the Ascend Program and Pathfinder Program. The Ascend Program is a 6-month trainee program at Matterkind, focused on developing future leaders. As a full-time employee, Associate Trainees will be part of an account team at Kinesso/MTK and receive on-the-job training, while developing the knowledge and skills necessary to continue their career path in either Addressable Strategy or Activation.The Pathfinder Program is a 10-week internship program designed for college/grad students who are to graduate within 6 months of the program. The interns are able to choose their field of interest in the industry, and pathfinders will work daily with a supportive manager and a group of talent leaders who will guide them throughout the program. They will receive a first-hand perspective of day-to-day life in an ad-tech business and resources to learn the programs, tools, and processes used across the industry.
