Kimberly Spratt is the Early Career Talent Lead at PlanSource. In their role at PlanSource, Kimberly is responsible for building early career programs for entry-level and internship programs. A big focus is developing these high potential employees and interns. PlanSource strives to create a creative and inclusive culture where people who are fresh to their career can thrive.
Career Highlight
Kim spearheaded the creation of a new D&I-focused team within the early careers program. She was responsible for opening the top of the pipeline so her team could focus on diverse talent. She also forged relationships with HSIs and HBCUs, as well as managed additional diversity-focused partnerships with national and regional organizations. Kim is proud to lead at a company that prioritizes the recruitment and retention of underrepresented talent.
