Kelsey is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sendero, a management consulting firm. Kelsey is responsible for intern and entry-level campus recruiting efforts at several core schools. Prior to joining Sendero, Kelsey was a student at Baylor University and graduated in May 2021 with a degree in Human Resources. Kelsey is passionate about her role and making an impact on the careers of young professionals.

Kelsey helped plan and execute Sendero's hybrid recruiting season. In addition to facilitating virtual and in-person career fairs, events, and interviews; she managed Sendero’s involvement in multiple campus recruiting efforts; worked with recruitment platforms like RippleMatch to generate nationwide interest; and helped train new members of her team.
