Kelsey Hooten is the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Sendero. Kelsey started her career at Sendero as a university college hire and worked as a consultant prior to shifting her focus to grow and lead the Talent Acquisition team, where she now manages Sendero’s overall recruiting strategy. One of Kelsey's favorite aspects of her role is training and coaching all of Sendero’s Senior Leadership and Management Teams on their interviewing skills, which is key to ensuring every candidate is interviewed fairly and consistently.

Career Highlight

At the beginning of the pandemic, Kelsey partnered with senior leadership to develop a plan to honor all full-time offers for new graduates. She also revised the Talent Acquisition team's annual goals, leveraging the change of pace to complete several key initiatives that would set the team up for success for years to come. With Kelsey's leadership and support, the team completed a comprehensive interview and template refresh, developed a candidate experience survey, created analytics dashboards, and implemented a Campus Recruiting Ambassador Program.
