Kelly Bundalo - Nominee for Exceptional Leader Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Kelly is the Director of University Talent Program Attraction at Anheuser-Busch. In her time at Anheuser-Busch, she has spent her career working in a variety of People (HR) roles, including moving to four different cities within three states to work in field HR roles as well as at the corporate headquarters. She is currently located in St. Louis, MO in the People Continuity function, focused on leading the Early Career Talent Programs and Internships for the United States. Kelly is passionate about bringing in early career talent to the organization and providing the foundational tools and resources to kickstart their careers!

Career Highlight

"This year, we implemented a recruitment strategy that allowed us to create relationships and new partnerships with several HBCUs and HSIs and recruitment partnerships. We also held an agnostic approach in supplement to the campus strategy and leveraged Ripplematch to host events open to students across the country. This allowed us to hire early career talent from a larger pool of universities across all regions of the US. We also recognize that not everyone has the same foundational base when it comes to things like resume writing, interview skills, case studies etc. To bring this to life, we participated in 100+ events, including information sessions, recruiter office hours, and “Ace the Interview” sessions. We are very proud of the reach we had and achieved the highest offer acceptance rate for one recruitment season in over 4 years!"
