Kelly is the Director of Talent Program Attraction at Anheuser-Busch. In her role, she builds the strategy for university and early career recruitment and manages a team of three who brings that strategy to life. Kelly also directly manages two of the Global talent programs for North America, as well as manages the Leadership Accelerator program at Anheuser-Busch.

Kelly leads a team who is focused on attracting this Early Career talent to join the Company, especially through leveraging relationships with diversity partner organizations to bring in talent from all backgrounds and experiences.
