Kelly Binotto is the Sr. Manager of the Global Management Trainee (GMT) and Global MBA (GMBA) Programs for Anheuser-Busch North America. She also manages the US Leadership Accelerator Program for the company. In her role at Anheuser-Busch, Kelly is responsible for managing the strategy and execution for those programs, as well as their internships. Kelly is passionate about Anheuser-Busch's launching of several internship programs with their I&D partners, including UNCF and Make-a-Play.

Career Highlight

Anheuser-Busch’s ability to quickly adapt to the new normal resulted in a number of thoughtful new strategies to reach students virtually. These strategies included hosting engaging virtual recruitment sessions using Zoom breakout rooms, interactive workshops, and leadership exposure. Event registration was streamlined through the RippleMatch platform, and garnered over 60 students for every event.
