Kelly Anne is the Head of Emerging Talent Recruiting for the Americas at eBay. She is passionate about utilizing innovative ways of bringing in the best, brightest, and most diverse emerging talent to eBay. Prior to her time at eBay, she held positions in Industry Recruiting and University Recruiting, as well as Marketing from start-ups to large corporations. Outside of her day job, she also dedicates her time to leading eBay’s Asian and Pacific Islander Community of Inclusion, which she founded over 5 years ago. Kelly Anne is energized by emerging talent and creating inclusive spaces where all can thrive.

Career Highlight

"In the hybrid and virtual ways of engagement, I pivoted and expanded eBay’s outreach and recruitment of GenZ talent to consider all our partnerships with historically excluded emerging talent groups. We sourced and completed nearly 1,000 interviews for students from over 1,000 universities early in the season to streamline the process for both students and hiring teams alike. The implementation of technology and these 'Interview Super Days' created efficiencies that saved our entire team and all of our stakeholders hundreds of hours later on in the season."
