Kelley leads the Early Career recruiting team at Squarespace. In her role, Kelley oversees the recruiting process and programs for interns and entry-level talent. Prior to her role at Squarespace, Kelley was a University Recruiter at Uber Technologies. With 6 years of recruiting experience, Kelley is well-versed in establishing impactful relationships with students and passionate about creating inclusive programs.

In 2020, Kelley navigated the unprecedented shift from in-person campus recruiting and face-to-face internships to managing entirely remotely. Despite these significant shifts, Kelley increased Squarespace's conversion rate for candidates and received many kudos and a high NPS score from interns. Additionally, Kelley increased diverse representation for Squarespace's new Engineering graduates through the use of improved brand awareness events and partnerships and by targeting campus organizations and leveraging bootcamps.
