Kelley has transformed Squarespace's Early Career recruiting strategies. In her first year on the team, Kelley revamped the intern and new graduate interview processes for scale and inclusivity. She has been a champion of diversity & inclusion, advocating for a paradigm shift in how the company defines entry-level talent. With her guidance, Squarespace has established new intern requirements, resulting in representation from bootcamp graduates in the incoming summer class.
