"When thinking about advocating for Gen Z, I think many of us need to look internally at our organizations. When developing a strategy with my team, we have determined that the key to success is understanding that there isn’t a one-size fits all approach. Given the competitive nature of the market, we have found that we need to meet candidates where they are. There is great value in attending on-campus events, but we cannot forget that the key to diversifying our pipeline is by continuing to provide virtual opportunities for students as well. This continues to level the playing field for all candidates regardless of what school they go to, whether they are part-time or full-time students, and their geographical location."
