"We have a philosophy of bringing hackathons and case studies to HBCUs, not only to engage with candidates, but because it’s the right thing to do. We’ve seen success in this space recently hiring several students from Florida A&M University for the first time in 84.51° history. Additionally, over half of our engineering and data science interns are women! Also a major victory as we begin to see more young women choose STEM majors."
