Keegan Nutt is a Recruiting Coordinator at the 3D printing company Formlabs. In their role, Keegan is responsible for everything to do with the scheduling and coordinating of all full-time candidate interviews. He ensures that all candidates have a positive experience while they are interviewing at Formlabs by being their point person. Whether it is booking travel, scheduling a complex interview panel, or showing a candidate around the office, Keegan does it with the same smile and passion throughout the process. Keegan worked as a Premier Account Analyst before his role as a Recruiting Coordinator, where he managed 15+ accounts and was the point of contact for each of those accounts. Through his experiences, Keegan is passionate about finding candidates their next ideal role, while being able to become friends and colleagues along the way.
Career Highlight
"This past year, I leveraged the new use of AI tools for interview screens that allows recruiters to engage more with candidates. I was able to take less notes in these interviews and get a summary of all the important things the candidate said in their responses. I also used Chat GPT for help on presentations, Glassdoor review ideas, and any miscellaneous questions I may have needed to ask my manager for, I figured out through Chat GPT!"
