Kayla is a Campus Recruiter at Atlassian. In her role at Atlassian, Kayla is responsible for hiring interns and grads in both technical and non-technical roles as well as managing the partnerships with the Code2College non-profit program and University partners. Prior to her recruiter role at Atlassian, Kayla started there as a Recruitment Coordinator, which served as a great introduction to the Early Career Recruitment space. Kayla is passionate about connecting students to opportunities that help them discover and unlock their potential!

"Remembering what it was like to be seeking my first job in an uncertain market, I always aim to put myself in my candidate’s shoes in order to best set them up for success. To do this, my team and I have been utilizing a hub of well-crafted resources that we love to share with candidates to help ensure they are confident and prepared for our interview process. Additionally, I’ve been hosting 'Coffee Chats' and 'Ask Me Anything' Panels for these Gen Z candidates to have the opportunity to speak with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Data Scientists to help them prepare for interview processes and roles within the tech industry. Candidates have shared that these sessions are informative and inspiring, which I consider a success!"
