Kathryn started her career in the non-profit sector working with organizations focused on providing advocacy and educational services to community members. Currently, she is a Campus Recruiting Senior Specialist at Credera, a global boutique consulting firm. She supports recruiting efforts for both full-time and internship roles across all Credera US markets. Kathryn is passionate about connecting students to new opportunities and providing informative, positive, and ongoing support to candidates as they go through what is often their first recruitment experience.

"Credera believes in providing an exceptional candidate experience for all students. This Spring, I worked alongside an incredible team to critically assess the current campus recruiting process and identify areas for efficiency. Through extensive market research and a careful vendor selection process, I helped identify a new tool that will enable us to evaluate candidates' core consulting skills objectively. By leveraging new technology, we will be able to reduce bias, create a more equitable and efficient recruiting experience, and enhance Credera’s brand, culture, and core values throughout each stage of the process for candidates."
