This Spring, I worked alongside an incredible team to critically assess the current campus recruiting process and identify areas for efficiency. Through extensive market research and a careful vendor selection process, I helped identify a new tool that will enable us to evaluate candidates' core consulting skills objectively. By leveraging new technology, we will be able to reduce bias, create a more equitable and efficient recruiting experience, and enhance Credera’s brand, culture, and core values throughout each stage of the process for candidates."
