Kathryn started her career in the non-profit sector working with organizations focused on providing advocacy and educational services to community members. Currently, she is a Campus Recruiting Senior Specialist at Credera - a global boutique consulting firm. She supports recruiting efforts for both full-time and internship roles across all Credera US markets. Kathryn is passionate about connecting students to new opportunities and providing informative, positive and ongoing support to candidates as they go through what is often their first recruitment experience.

Career Highlight

Kathryn led strategic initiatives to creatively engage with both prospects and new hires to ensure that Credera is consistently building relationships with students and preparing them for their future careers. She created a thoughtful communication plan, which included virtual event programming, personalized emails, and gift distributions for over 200 incoming new hires. This ongoing rapport and relationship development helped Credera decrease their total number of candidate reneges from the previous recruiting year.
