Career Highlight

"Credera takes a people-first approach in all of our recruiting practices. Ahead of the Fall recruiting season last year, we began sourcing campaigns to connect one-on-one with prospective students. As a result of these sourcing efforts, we were able to diversify our talent pool, build intentional relationships with candidates and had the opportunity to learn about their skills and experiences ahead of our roles being open. Because we built rapport with strong candidates early, we were able to build on that momentum once we were on campus."
