"In a competitive job market where Gen Z candidates value personalization and transparency, I plan and execute monthly virtual engagement sessions for Mastercard's incoming early talent candidates across the globe. My team and I brainstorm topics that would be of interest, arrange speakers/panelists, and facilitate the sessions at various times throughout the day to accommodate different time zones and schedules. The sessions allow incoming early talent to learn more about Mastercard, get to know one another, and ask questions in a casual and low-pressure environment. Topics have included: DEI, Sustainability, Business Resource Groups, and more. We've received feedback from candidates that they've enjoyed the opportunity to learn more about Mastercard and meet various employees in the months leading up to their start date."
