Emerging Talent Program Manager, Cloudera
When the pandemic hit, Kathleen was tasked with shifting the program from in-person to virtual. During the 12 week program, she hosted fireside chats with the CEO, CPO, CFO, engaging events, and a final presentation day with the whole engineering organization. Overall, the program resulted in:
* 100% of eligible interns received a full-time offer
* 100% of those extended an offer accepted
* 100% of interns surveyed would recommend this program, their manager, technical mentor, and non-technical mentor to participate in the program again
