Katherine is the Regional Head - Entry Level Recruiting – Americas at Oliver Wyman, where she is responsible for early career hiring in the Americas. Katherine engages with Gen Z students interested in a career at an inclusive consultancy firm. Katherine has enabled her team to continue with the efficiencies of recruiting virtually. Recently, she has put an emphasis on getting back together in person with students and ensuring the best candidate experience no matter the format.

Career Highlight

"In 2023, my team and I have connected with Gen Z candidates in new and purposeful ways based on how they view work. We engaged with candidates through our Diversity Leadership Summit and Women's Leadership Series, in addition to many in-person and virtual events. I worked with our team to internalize and reply to Gen Z candidates’ evolving preferences in their career search, with a focus on the fact that they are working to live, not living to work. In these events, we provided opportunities for candidates to learn about our people and positive culture, including sharing more about social issues and firm values."
