Katherine has enabled her team to experiment with creative ways to connect virtually with students during the pandemic, sharing her passion for building a human connection with candidates – which during these unique times has never been more important.
Career Highlight
Under Katherine's leadership, her team developed educational programs, the Women’s Leadership Series and the Diversity Leadership Summit. The team hosts these programs in the company offices annually and they help students get to know Oliver Wyman before they apply. Katherine is proud that her team was able to successfully host both programs virtually this year.
