Cargill
NOMINEE SPOTLIGHT
Career Highlight
"Our Cargill Thrive Program provides about 200 students scholarships each year with a focus on US Minorities and females in STEM and Agriculture fields. This program goes beyond scholarship dollars by also providing mentorship, development opportunities to students, and opportunities to interview for internships and full-time roles. We focus on six university partnerships with executive sponsors, including HBCUs and HSI institutions and NMOs. This year, Cargill increased our contributions by including a first-time Thurgood Marshall College Fund grant to include in this Cargill Thrive Program, as well as increasing our scholarships and funding with MANRRS and ALPFA. We are truly excited about the broader reach we can have and the ability to offer more than just scholarships."
