"In a challenging economic climate, I have led several new initiatives to connect with Gen Z candidates both online and offline to help set them up for success in their search. I’ve led workshops at local universities for students and alumni to share advice for career planning and job search navigation. I’ve also made a commitment this year to creating content on social media geared toward empowering Gen Z job seekers with tips and guidance to support their search. The combination of these efforts has prompted great feedback from candidates who shared that these tips have helped them feel more confident in their searches, and our company has also benefitted by successfully doubling the number of Gen Z hires made year over year."
