"Candidate experience is an integral part of making someone feel valued, respected, and supported. I play an active role in curating a welcoming and transparent candidate experience. For every candidate I interact with, I am their advocate when they’re not in the room, a resource when preparing for interviews, and, most importantly, a friend when guiding them through the process. Interviewing can become impersonal, but my strategy is to remove the title of recruiter and connect with my candidates on a personal level to get to know their stories in order for me to champion them through our process."
