Kasey is the National Diversity Recruiting Leader at RSM, where she seeks ways to revolutionize the diverse recruiting strategy and focuses on a candidate-centric approach. She spearheaded RSM’s establishment of a multi-year personal and professional development program for diverse students. Prior to RSM, Kasey served as a Career Development Advisor at California State University, Fullerton, where she supported business students in realizing their potential and navigating the recruitment process. Kasey is passionate about making an impact in the community by unlocking the limitless opportunities available to diverse candidates in the workforce and supporting them through the process.

"This year, I was thrilled to launch a new early career program for 100+ diverse students focused on professional development and skill-building, called the RSM Excellence Academy. The program provided a unique opportunity for diverse students to attend a leadership conference, obtain a mentor committed to their long-term growth, and additional internship opportunities at RSM. It has been an honor to play a pivotal role in the establishment and execution of a program invested in the personal and professional development of students.
