Juliet is the Manager of University Talent Acquisition at Appian. She and her team execute all facets of UR including relationship management with 23+ global universities, a nationally recognized internship program, an early engagement program, DE&I initiatives, interviewing, campus branding and more! Prior to Appian she was a Leadership & Development Consultant for a collegiate women's organization. She has traveled to over 40 universities nationwide and is passionate about maintaining a human-first, high touch recruiting experience for diverse students across the world.
