Julie is the Global University Recruiting Program Manager at Chainalysis, the blockchain data platform, where she is engaged in launching their first emerging talent program! Prior to joining Chainalysis, Julie elevated numerous university recruiting programs at leading international tech and financial services companies. Along with her passion for helping students succeed, Julie is an advisory board member for a college access and success program, NJLEEP, dedicated to supporting students from underserved communities and helping them realize their career goals. Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her partner and 2 children, Charlotte and Hanna, with whom she shares a love for travel and the outdoors. Julie graduated with a BS degree in Accounting.

Career Highlight

Julie led the development and launch of the Chainalysis Crypto Capstone program, a pilot designed to increase crypto and blockchain exposure to underrepresented student communities in the tech space. The program acts as a gateway into technical careers at Chainlaysis and other companies in the crypto and blockchain industry, offering comprehensive courses that allow students to get badged with the Chainalysis Cryptocurrency Fundamental Certificate (CCFC). The certificate provides evidence of training in crypto fundamentals from a reputable source, further allowing students to pursue exciting careers in this emerging field. The first cohort included students from more than 30 schools including HBCUs, HSIs, AANAPISIs and Women's colleges.
