Julie Forse is the North America FIS University Program Talent Acquisition Manager at FIS. FIS University is the global program for developing and retaining entry-level talent at FIS, encompassing both interns and full-time associates. Julie has been with FIS for 13 years come October 2022, starting as a Recruiter, and working her way up into Talent Acquisition Management position in the Call Center and more recently as part of FIS University. Prior to her role at FIS, Julie Forse was a Staffing Coordinator for Skills Unlimited.

Career Highlight

Julie partnered with the Workforce Analytics team this year to create an automation flag for FIS University that remains with the candidate throughout their tenure with FIS. Pulling historical data going back 4 years, as well as getting current participants categorized correctly so this status stays with them for their career at FIS, was quite an initiative. This designation allows for easy access, tracking and reporting.
