Julia Szukala Leader, Early Talent Programs, Gallagher
Julia Szukala is the Early Talent Programs Leader at Gallagher responsible for managing early career development programs and enhancing the talent pipeline. She promotes Gallagher’s learning culture on campus by educating students on the significance of the insurance brokerage industry and the rewarding opportunities within a sales career. Her time in talent management has inspired a passion for helping young professionals find their confidence and establish credibility early in the workplace.
Career Highlight
In response to last year’s disruption of the traditional internship structure, Julia spearheaded the development of a fully virtual internship in 2020. With support from her team, she developed stakeholder resources on managing interns remotely, established a summer-long training schedule, and executed a National Intern Sales Challenge virtually. Much of which is applicable again this year. Julia is proud to work with a team of adaptable, proactive thinkers that design invaluable experiences for students!
