Juan Camacho - Nominee for Talent Innovator Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Juan is a Campus Diversity Partnerships Lead at PepsiCo. In their role at PepsiCo, Juan is responsible for working with national partners to develop a strong diversity recruiting pipeline, and to create spaces for equitable access to PepsiCo's career opportunities and for professional development and growth. Prior to their role at PepsiCo, Juan also worked at EY and Allstate in similar roles that supported developing systems of equity for campus talent. Juan is passionate about continuing to create equitable access to opportunities for underrepresented talent, and firmly believes that all candidates deserve the same chance at career success.

Career Highlight

"To enhance our US DEI campus efforts, I created a breakdown of practical DEI partnerships that our campus teammates should consider, and offered a solution to have 1:1 internal consulting chats with them to help contextualize these partnerships for the unique campuses or business functions they support. Additionally, I developed an internal ERG survey that was sent out by our National ERG leads, to receive buy-in from ERG members to support our campus diversity initiatives. Our survey led to ~650 unique individuals signing up to support dozens of virtual and in-person campus activities."
