Joy is a Director, University Talent Engagement at Zwift. In her role at Zwift, she is responsible for leading the efforts to hire the next generation of talent for Zwift while creating an efficient & engaging recruiting and program experience that candidates will love. Prior to their role at Zwift, Joy did work in Diversity & Inclusion at eBay. Joy is passionate about education and helping create an environment where people can find their path to a fulfilling career adventure.

Career Highlight

In a competitive labor market, Zwift was tasked with creating a recruitment experience that provided a way to recruit and hire approximately 40 Summer Intern positions during the Spring of 2021 with only two months before the summer intern program would begin. Keeping in mind 'Zoom fatigue' and shifting COVID restrictions, Joy crafted an efficient and engaging recruitment strategy that educated prospective candidates about Zwift’s summer internship program while at the same time hiring for specific positions. This event was called Group Ride where Joy and her team managed to host 240 interviews for 80 candidates and ultimately hired 38 students for the summer internship roles.
