"Within this role, the future of talent is always in the forefront. We believe it's important to first have opportunity for students, but also set them up to succeed. Our internship program has given me room to truly focus on the needs of young professionals and provide tools to help reach those goals. For example, our Development Calendar is a host of series and events focused on skillset building, networking, and getting acclimated with the organizations culture. Our mentor program gives students direct support, advice, and insight to opportunity at the company, as well as enhancing connection amongst employees. But I think most of all simply having space for feedback, like the Surveys we send out throughout the Summer, gives interns space to share their experience and gain knowledge of how to make things even stronger. I am always vigilant of ways to bring interns out of their comfort zone while confirming that anything they set their sights on can be achieved."
