Joshua Williams - 3rd Place Winner of Rising Star Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Joshua is the Campus Recruiting & Program Lead Manager at TruStage, formally known as CUNA Mutual Group in Madison, Wisconsin. He is responsible for all strategic planning, recruiting efforts, and operations that focus on identifying, attracting, and retaining early in career talent. Joshua graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2020 with his bachelor's degree and was previously in the DEI Rotational Program at TruStage. Being a previous intern as well, Joshua's goal is to ensure young professionals not only have the skill set to excel in their careers, but the confidence and certainty within themselves to go after their goals.

Career Highlight

"We are currently in a rapidly changing workforce, including a generational shift of employees as older employees are retiring. In response, internally we have an intentionally structured intern development calendar with several events that aid our interns by honing in on their skill sets, personal development, and expanding their network to ensure they explore their career interests. Externally, we host early in career panels, company tours, and mock interviews to provide career insight and build confidence for the interview process. We receive great feedback and interest to join our company through these approaches and the support of our campus team."
