Josh Mellinger is an Associate Director of College Recruiting at AT&T and leads a team focused on the strategy, marketing and execution of external recruiting across AT&T’s college recruiting teams. During his 24-year career with AT&T, Mellinger has worked in corporate communications, external affairs, sales operations and business marketing. He is passionate about diversity and inclusion.

Career Highlight

When AT&T realized students had lost internships at other companies during the pandemic, the college team at AT&T quickly built the AT&T Summer Learning Academy serving 46,000 students with 80 hours of learning and a credential upon completion.
