When COVID forced Havas Media Group to cancel their Summer 2020 internship, Josh and his team created a fully virtual program that focused on media and advertising education. The new program included a mix of over 50 students from all over the country from very diverse backgrounds. The mix of college and high school students were exposed to all facets of advertising and creative. Breaking the boundaries of an in-person internship to virtual, allowed HMG to reach a much broader and more diverse group of students.
