Jordan is a Senior Campus Recruiter at Crew, a national project delivery consulting firm. In her role, Jordan is responsible for connecting with students who are interested in a career in consulting and finding them their first project at one of our clients. Prior to joining the Campus Recruiting team, Jordan worked as a Project Management Consultant focusing on process improvement and change management.

"Over the past year, I have focused my efforts on standardizing and creating a more effective and efficient recruiting strategy. By utilizing and analyzing event data, our team has been able to identify the more effective recruiter strategies and prioritize specific universities and events to reach our targets for each quarter. Additionally, I have increased communication with potential candidates by 85% to ensure we are able to connect with them before we even set foot on campus."
