Career Highlight
Jordan established an early careers Diversity and Inclusion recruitment strategy that was first rolled out to HBCUs. This included monthly Zoom presentations, inviting students from across the country to attend. Topics included; the importance of diversity at Ryan, response to today's social climate, and upward mobility at Ryan. The team also focused on engaging students that were early in their academic careers to tell them about jobs in the tax industry. As more time passed, they expanded presentations to a variety of diverse universities throughout the US. The team reached over 100 students at 25 different institutions. This resulted in two hires for Ryan and gave the company a wider reach. They are looking to expand the recruitment strategy even further in the coming year.
