John Pearson is a Campus Recruitment Lead at Unilever. In their role at Unilever, John Pearson is responsible for the recruitment of all Interns, Co-ops and Unilever Future Leader Program Recruits. Prior to their role at Unilever, John was a Campus Recruiter at UBS responsible for all of Corporate Center Campus Recruitment. John has most recently created an Instagram account to connect with students which in a few months had 13k followers. The applicant pool increased 200% with 50% increase in BIPOC representation. Unilever USA was included for the first time in Forbes top 100 Internship programs.
