When COVID-19 turned the campus recruiting world upside down, Jincy mobilized the entire early career team to successfully adapt to a new normal. She supported the internship program during a rapid transition by developing programming that kept interns engaged and provided them an opportunity to meet senior leadership at the company, even while virtual. She led her team through an unprecedented year, focusing on their well-being while also ensuring business goals are met. Jincy is proud to lead and develop a team of innovative, talented recruiters and coordinators.
