Jillian Knowles - Nominee for Exceptional Leader Award

Jillian Knowles is a Campus Recruitment Manager at AlphaSights. She is responsible for managing a team of recruiting associates & coordinators, developing recruiting strategies for their target universities, and oversees hiring for the NY office. Prior to AlphaSights, Jillian began her career working for a sorority as a Leadership Consultant, supporting chapters around the country in recruiting & marketing efforts, before transitioning to a role in retail management. Jillian is passionate about empowering & developing her team to achieve lofty goals, and creating scalable processes & strategies to support their high volume recruitment efforts.

Upon COVID, Jillian quickly rallied her team to convert their on-campus recruiting strategy & interview process to be fully virtual. Focusing on developing her junior team to embrace ambiguity and envision efficient, creative solutions, they reimagined their event format and marketing efforts & streamlined operational processes that resulted in hiring more students than ever before and decreasing time to hire. Jillian is proud to lead and develop an innovative & adaptable team that was able to increase their productivity while keeping their well-being a top priority during an unprecedented time.
