Jill Perez is the Head of Emerging Talent at GoodRx. Jill has spent the past two years building and scaling the GoodRx Internship Program. Prior to their role at GoodRx, Jill built and designed Internship and Emerging Talent Programs at The Trade Desk, Blizzard Entertainment and Linkedin. Jill is very passionate about creating, diverse, inclusive and engaging Emerging Talent programs.

"In the past year, I have been incredibly proud of my small Emerging Talent team who has been able to source and engage with tech and product intern talent through targeted efforts that increased diversity. In addition, we built a scalable and inclusive virtual interview 'blitz' day process that not only saved interviewers time, but identified the top talent for GoodRx. We were creative, resourceful and innovative in our approach to UR recruitment this past season and I am very grateful to my team!"
